We are seeking a passionate and independent Live Chat Manager to join our team at Morgan Stanley. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Fort Worth, Texas, US, ideal for individuals with 6 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the live chat system, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service- Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, monitoring performance and providing feedback as needed- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat system- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements:- 6 years of experience in a similar role- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively- Proficiency in using live chat software and tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

Personality traits:- Passionate about customer service and driving results- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive in finding solutions

Soft skills:- Strong decision-making skills to handle complex customer inquiries- Negotiation skills to resolve disputes and come to mutually beneficial agreements
