Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service and chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our live chat operations.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of live chat agents, ensuring that they meet and exceed performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.2. Develop and implement chat scripts, guidelines, and best practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.3. Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement.4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to optimize chat functionality and integrations.5. Analyze chat data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.6. Conduct regular training sessions for chat agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in live chat management.

Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Live Chat Manager or in a similar role for at least 6 years.2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.5. Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.6. Strong research and project management skills.7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).8. Proficiency in chat management tools and software.
