Job Description:
Hormel Foods is seeking a passionate and resourceful Live Chat Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or online chat management. As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat platform, ensuring efficient and effective communication with our customers.
Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of live chat agents- Develop and implement chat management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times- Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and provide feedback and coaching to team members- Analyze chat data and generate reports on key performance indicators- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 6+ years of experience in customer service or online chat management- Strong planning and organization skills- Excellent people management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Proficiency in chat management software and CRM systems- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
