Job Description:
Ryder System is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of live chat agents to deliver excellent customer service.2. Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.3. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat platform.4. Train and mentor new chat agents to ensure they are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.6. Ensure all chat interactions are handled professionally and adhere to company guidelines.7. Develop and maintain reports on chat performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Proven experience in a live chat management role, preferably in a customer service or e-commerce setting.3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.4. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.6. Proficiency in chat software and CRM platforms.7. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.8. A positive attitude and a desire to continuously improve processes.
