Job Description:
Tractor Supply is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we require at least 7 years of experience in a customer service or online chat management role. The ideal candidate will possess personality traits such as reliability and dedication, as well as soft skills including adaptability and persuasion.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the live chat support team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service- Monitor chat interactions to maintain quality and consistency in responses- Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development for existing staff- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Proven experience in live chat management or customer service roles- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in CRM systems and chat platforms- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
