Job description:

Campbell Soup is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee our live chat customer service platform- Train and mentor live chat representatives- Monitor and optimize chat performance metrics- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong leadership and organizational abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with CRM software and live chat platforms- Strategic planning skills- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
