Job Description:

Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a part-time position suitable for candidates with mid-to-senior level experience in the customer service industry. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat system and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times.

Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor our live chat platform to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to deliver excellent customer service- Develop and implement strategies to optimize live chat performance and customer satisfaction- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service

Requirements:- 6 years of experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position- Motivated and hardworking individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills- Proficiency in live chat software and customer relationship management tools- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
