Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

As a Live Chat Associate at Ameren, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication. This is a remote work opportunity based in Indianapolis, Indiana, where you will have the flexibility to work part-time hours.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner- Utilize a customer-focused approach to build rapport and ensure a positive experience for each interaction- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and follow up on customer concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the chat system- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience- Driven and energetic personality traits- Strong persuasion and innovation skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
