Job Description:
Sealed Air is seeking a motivated and hardworking Live Chat Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing prompt and professional support to customers through live chat services. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues- Research and gather information to effectively address customer inquiries- Demonstrate leadership skills by taking ownership of customer concerns and escalating as needed- Uphold company standards for customer service excellence- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the live chat experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask- Strong research abilities to quickly and accurately find information to assist customers- Leadership qualities to take charge of customer interactions and provide effective solutions- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
