Job Description:
Liberty Interactive is seeking a dedicated and motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, the Live Chat Associate will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat support, providing exceptional service, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer questions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers- Meet performance goals and targets set by management
Requirements:- Previous customer service experience is preferred- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
