Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team at IBM. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to live chat inquiries from customers. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction- Continuously improve processes and procedures for live chat support
Requirements:- Reliable and motivated individual- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze situations quickly- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in computer skills and tech savvy- Experience in customer service or a related field- High school diploma or equivalent
