We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team at CVS Health in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service- Utilize decision-making skills to provide quick and accurate solutions to customer problems- Work in cooperation with team members to achieve department goals- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
