Job Description:
Affirm is seeking a reliable and hardworking Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various online platforms such as chat, email, and social media.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies- Assist customers with online orders, payments, and account management- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Leadership and planning skills- Proficiency in online chat platforms and other customer service tools- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
