Job Description:
Baker Hughes is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in the beautiful city of Denver, Colorado. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service via live chat to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical support.2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information.3. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.4.
