Job Description:

Baker Hughes is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in the beautiful city of Denver, Colorado. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service via live chat to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical support.2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information.3. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude during interactions with customers.6. Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer communications.7. Develop rapport with customers to enhance their overall experience with the brand.8. Keep detailed records of customer interactions for future reference.

Requirements:1. Energetic personality with a positive attitude.2. Adaptable to changing situations and technology.3. Strong leadership skills to effectively lead customer interactions.4. Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer issues and concerns.5. 3+ years of experience in customer service or related field.6. Proficient in using live chat software and tools.7. Excellent written communication skills.8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.9. Must have a reliable internet connection and designated workspace.
