Job Description:
Unity Technologies, a leading software development company based in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a passionate and driven Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat setting.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide real-time assistance and support- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, technical issues, and general support- Assist customers with account-related issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and escalations- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and within a team- Driven and resilient attitude- Adaptability and planning skills- Previous experience in customer service and live chat support- Knowledge of CRM systems and live chat platforms- Must be located in Phoenix, Arizona, or willing to relocate- Available to work part-time hours
