Job Description:
Charter Communications is seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product information- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Driven and independent mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions- Excellent written communication skills- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus
