Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is ready to launch their career in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:- Engage with clients through live chat to provide support and answer inquiries- Assist clients with account-related questions and provide guidance on financial products and services- Utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed support to clients

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role- Independent and driven personality traits- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
