Position: Litigation Support Sales Consultant
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about connecting clients with innovative solutions? Our client, a leading professional services outsourcing company, is seeking a motivated Litigation Support Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you'll be instrumental in driving sales initiatives and fostering lasting relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize diverse strategies including cold calling, social media engagement, and networking events to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
Deliver compelling sales presentations to both prospective and existing clients.
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions using our CRM system, HubSpot, and leverage its features for efficient communication.
Leverage your legal/software/SaaS expertise to educate clients on our offerings and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.
Meet and exceed assigned quotas, with regular updates provided during weekly sales meetings.
Nurture existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with various departments to streamline client onboarding processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business preferred; MBA a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on software/SaaS solutions for law firms or corporate legal departments.
Demonstrated success in expanding territories through proactive networking and outreach.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with legal professionals.
Strong organizational abilities and a track record of exceeding sales targets in a remote capacity.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce) and MS Office/G Suite.
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or GoToMeeting.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
Equipment & Software:
Proficiency in standard office equipment and software, including computers, MS Office/G Suite, and CRM systems.
