3+ years as a litigation paralegal with defense experience Strong background in litigation, preferrably medical malpractice or trucking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Strong client service, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks Paralegal certificate preferred
