A Linen Room Attendant at Hotel Del Coronado is responsible for delivering and disseminating the various flat linen and terry to the Room Attendant lockers and housekeeping linen storage.
What will I be doing? As a Linen Room Attendant, you will be responsible for controlling and storing all linens/trousseau used by the hotel. A Linen Room Attendant will also keep all the uniforms of the team members in order. Specifically, a Linen Room Attendant will perform the following tasks to the highest standard:
Makes mounting of extra bed or crib Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies in order and always with good reserve Keep Linen organized, neat and clean Observe all Health and Safety regulations, particularly when using equipment Disseminate the flat linen and terry into the lockers, making sure that all lockers have the following: bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bathmats, queen and king sheets, pillowcases, rugs, robes, and any other item as necessary requested by the Manager/Supervisor. Conduct linen inventories (Monthly and Quarterly) Submit EOD report to Laundry Manager/Supervisor indicating the status of every locker, and total of linen needed for the following day. The hourly rate is $19.25 - $22.65 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
