We are seeking passionate and dedicated Line Cooks to join the minibar by José Andrés team! Candidates should have fine dining skillsets, be hungry for knowledge and creatively help one of the industries most well regarded avant garde restaurants. 
What we would like from you: - At least 3 years of advanced cooking experience: fine dining not a requisite, but precision, efficiency, and attitude are a must.  Minibar is a place to expand upon your knowledge as a cook, not begin your career.
- Strong foundation in classical cuisine, strong product knowledge, clear and positive communication skills, and advanced ability to organize, prep, and execute a station, plus desire to learn new, creative techniques.
- Seamlessly work with an energetic and positive kitchen team to prepare and reproduce our avant garde menu, which will exceed our guest's expectations. 
- A passion for continuous learning and discovery by embracing an active and innovative approach to expanding your knowledge of food and beverage. 
- A desire to interact with guests in our open kitchen environment (do not worry, we will teach you how).
- Ability to handle constant evolution of prep and service needs.
