Line Cook, Km, Sous

AM & PM Shifts, Prep Production, Wholesale We're looking for hard working hospitality professionals with line cook experience who posses a positive attitude, are motivated, and team-focused. I am look for people who are passionate about giving our customers an amazing experience who understand that success in our business only comes from hard work, dedication and a love for the craft. I am looking for folks who want to be a meaningful part of our operation.

I am hiring for Line Cooks but am open to chat with folks who have the resume and track record and are interested in interviewing for KM, Sour or Culinary Director for 3+ locations.

AM Line Cook

Shift - 10am to 4pm - Friday, Saturday, Sunday Required

PM Line Cook

Shift - 3pm to10pm - Friday, Saturday, Sunday Required

Minimum Qualifications:

- Availability on Weekends & Nights. Must be able to stick to a consistent schedule.

- 1 Years of Restaurant or Hospitality Experience

- Food Safety Knowledge

- Positive Attitude

- Self Motivated

- Attention to Detail

- Communication Skills

- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team

- Must be able to self-manage your emotions and life outside of work.

Adobo is a chef-owned and led concept serving some of Denver s favorite Latin Asian American food. We specialize in Filipino and New Mexican fare.

Kitchen staff earn $20 - $33 an hour depending on experience and productivity.
