Responsibilities
• Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation• Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various meals• Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old (except for Host/Hostesses in New Hampshire)• 6+ months of restaurant cooking experience preferred• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team• Ability to handle high-volume kitchen environment• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
