Job Qualifications: • Positive attitude! At Another Broken Egg we are Happy People Sharing Happiness
• Takes direction and works well in a team environment
• Must have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant setting (at least 6 months)
• Prior breakfast or heavy sauté experience preferred
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely reach, bend, lift and easily maneuver up to 50 pounds
Primary Responsibilities:: • Responsibility for the quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served
• Knowledge of all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information
• Prepares foods for service using gas stoves, griddles, fryers, and broilers
• Plates all dishes to standards assuring that each item is cooked to the Guest's specifications
• Close to open – Prepares, stocks, and deep cleans station to be ready for open the next day.
