Responsibilities
• Carry a caseload of 10-12 young adults.• Provide therapeutic treatment interventions and case management.• Conduct individual/cognitive interventions and cognitive behavioral therapy.• Meet with clients at least once a week, increasing or decreasing as directed by supervisor.• Conduct on-going assessments of clients' needs.• Maintain flexible schedule to meet clients' needs.• Monitor quality of services provided by outside agencies.• Provide on-call crisis support to clients.• Maintain a non-traditional and flexible work schedule.• Reimbursement for applicable mileage.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in social services discipline.• Experience working with at-risk youth, adults, or families.• Master's degree in social services discipline preferred.• At least 6 months of counseling and/or case management experience.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities.• Basic computer knowledge.• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
