Job Description: As a Licensed Insurance Agent at Symmetry Financial Group, you will be responsible for helping clients secure the right insurance coverage to protect their loved ones and assets. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide expert advice, and offer tailored insurance solutions, including life insurance, disability insurance, annuities, and more.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive insurance assessments for clients. Educate clients on insurance options and benefits. Customize insurance plans to meet clients' individual needs and budgets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve collective success. Qualifications: Active state insurance license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented with a desire to excel in a sales-driven environment. Self-motivated and disciplined. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client meetings, if necessary.
