Life/Health Insurance Account Representative

We're looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Insurance Account Representative focusing on Life and Health insurance. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work part-time.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts and handle data entry tasks efficiently.
Process change requests within the management system, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
Facilitate certificate processing (both new and renewal) within the management system and promptly deliver to clients.
Assist with new business and renewals, including communication with producers, updating systems, and processing quotes.
Provide support in miscellaneous tasks and client interactions during producer absence.
Requirements:
Preferred: Active insurance license, though not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience with Applied TAM or EPIC is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe.
Strong problem-solving abilities and follow-up skills.
Previous insurance or administrative experience is necessary.
