Life Enrichment Coordinator

The Life Enrichment Director is responsible for the development and coordination of successful activities and volunteer programs. Will assess residents' interest, plan and manage resources to support activity needs.Qualifications:Experience in senior living preferred, but not requiredAbility to work with minimal supervisionValid driver's licenseGood organization skillsA 'Can Do' attitude, vision and creativity, and a purpose of creating funAbility to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysResponsibilities and Expectations:Inspire residents and peers to get excited about upcoming events and programsDevelop and coordinate in-house activities, community events, and entertainment programsPrepare monthly calendars and facility newslettersDevelop annual and monthly budgets for activitiesAssist Marketing Director in the development and coordination of marketing and community relation eventsCoordinate and oversee all volunteer participation in the communityParticipate in monthly resident meeting to receive feedback on ways to improve the seniors' experienceEnsure that all experiences ate executed with a high level of resident safetyManage multiple different projects in an effective mannerOther duties as assigned by the Marketing Director or Executive Director
