Responsibilities
• Implement resident-focused life enrichment activities• Assist with assessments of each resident• Conduct individual and group life enrichment programs• Coordinate regular family events• Assist with distribution of mail and snacks• Assist with transportation for residents• Develop community relations programs• Greet visitors and answer phones• Assist with documentation and activities calendar• Carry out special projects
Requirements
• Experience in senior resident services• Experience with Alzheimer's and memory care• Previous life enrichment experience preferred• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills• Basic computer skills• Occasional travel required• Valid driver's license and proof of insurability
