Conduct brief script-based phone interviews with prospective clients. Daily immersion and integration of personal development strategies (our programs and/or other sources). Help others set meaningful goals, develop action plans, and overcome obstacles. Provide guidance and support to clients in various areas of life, such as career, relationships, personal growth, and health. Manage your own daily activities, goals, and productivity.
Requirements: A professional track record of desire for upward growth and mobility. A self-starter, motivated to work autonomously. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to be taught new skills/strategies for success. Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely. Proficient in using technology for virtual training sessions and communication. Commitment to personal growth and continuous learning.
