• Market properties to potential buyers or tenants• Assess the market value of properties• Represent the interests of clients• Stay informed about local real estate market conditions• Arrange and conduct property showings• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms• Manage the transaction process from start to finish• Maintain open and regular communication with clients• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance• Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
• Valid real estate license in Connecticut / New York• Proven track record in real estate sales preferred• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Self-motivated and goal-oriented• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies• Team player
