We invite you to join the Women's Center, a non-profit community mental health practice in Vienna, VA and Washington, DC. Founded in 1974, we provide individual, family and group counseling to children, adolescents, adults, all gender identities, and families. We offer sliding scale, reduced fees and insurance billing.

Our Mission: The mission of The Women's Center is to significantly improve the mental health and well-being of all members of the community through counseling, education, support, and advocacy.
The Position: The Center provides marketing, referrals and billing for licensed professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, clinical social workers and clinical psychologists. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.
Provide quality diagnostic and clinical assessment and treatment plans. Complete documentation for each client encounter. Work collaboratively with the Center's clinical and administrative team. Routinely evaluate client progress toward attaining objectives and goals and adjust the treatment plan as needed. Ensure that all clinical files are protected and properly stored according to Center standards. What we offer: Medical, dental and vision coverage. Three weeks Paid Time Off (annually). What you need: Master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program. License issued by DC Department of Health as LMFT, LiCSW, LPC or Clinical Psychologist. Willingness to credential with insurance carriers. Desire to provide culturally sensitive, client-centered care.
