Licensed Psychotherapist

We are currently partnered up with a client who is looking for  Licensed Psychotherapists  to join a dynamic organization committed to making a difference in our community. This position provides high-quality treatment in an office/hybrid environment. We are looking for individuals with the following background: Passion for helping clients to create a plan of care that details to reach attainable goals. Clinical experience working with ADHD, ASD children through young adulthood Experience working with a variety of issues.  Creative, collaborative and highly open minded. Able to offer at least 18 client-facing hours per week (not limited to that caseload and you are able to schedule more sessions). Qualifications: Master's Degree (or higher), and a license to practice mental health in NC State Licensure in good standing: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-A), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) What they offer employees: This is a contract, 1099 position with pay raises for lengevity and caseloads greater than 18 hours per week. Pay calculated every 2 weeks based on sessions billed, not fees collected. This means you will not have to worry about client or insurance reimbursement and payment is predictable.
