CareAparent is seeking new graduates and experienced (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurses to conduct in-home visits, aide in preparation of care plans, perform medication set-ups, supervise Caregivers and CNAs, and assist with caregiver training. Our LPNs frequently travel in and around the Twin Cities metro area from one client home to another. We are currently seeking LPNs to service the following areas:

Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to cases as assigned.
