? P rovide patient with safe, appropriate phototherapy and Modified Goeckerman treatments following provider instructions and protocols.
? Carry out commonly used therapeutic nursing procedures, assist patients with activities of daily living and encourage appropriate self-care
? Assist with maintaining supply inventory and stocking exam rooms
? Maintain equipment and arrange for service as needed
? Provide for the safety of self and others by adherence to hospital safety guidelines, policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety policies.
? Participate in the development and adherence of quality assurance/continuous quality monitoring.
? Attend appropriate continuing education and staff development programs.
? Participate in staff meetings and in-service
? Accurate and efficient documentation of nursing care. 
? Knowledge and appropriate use of internal and external resources. 
? Other responsibilities as assigned
? Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
? Current licensure as an LPN to practice nursing in the State of Michigan
NOTE: Required qualifications must be met by the candidate in order to be interviewed and considered for the position. 
RESUME REQUIRED (for both internal & external applicants):  
You must attach a complete and accurate resume to be fully considered for this position.
? Two (2) years of LPN experience with adult patients
? Two (2) years of LPN experience in an ambulatory care setting
? Dermatology experience
? Electronic medical record experience, e.g., Epic

Hours:  40 hours per week. 
Day shift, Monday ? Friday with some Saturdays, as needed. Flexibility in scheduling is required.  
Location: Dermatology ? Domino Farms
