Responsibilities
• Drive profit, sales, and performance goals• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and resources• Optimize and oversee the eyeglass department• Ensure outstanding customer service and quality standards• Execute marketing and pricing promotions• Supervise and motivate opticians and sales associates• Assist in forecasting staffing needs and recruit and retain staff• Coach and mentor associates• Maintain optical license and certifications• Analyze financial reports and problem-solve
Requirements
• ABO & NCLE Certification required• Maintain state optical license• Optical sales experience• Supervising experience preferred• Strong leadership and communication skills• Exceptional customer service skills• Organizational and financial analysis skills• Problem-solving abilities
