OTC is a large practice that will always strive to feel connected to our community and our colleagues- we have a small-town feel while doing big and great things.Available positions in our main Mechanicsville and King William locations, there may be an option to have one day a week in our West End location at the providers request.Our King William location is a federal college loan forgiveness site through NHSC.Responsibilities:Connect with clients, develop a plan for treatment, determine the correct diagnosis, and provide treatment- it's really that straightforwardOTC allows you to be a part of a fun, dynamic work group while working with the type of client that excites youCreate your own schedule, collaborate with colleagues, work with your chosen population, and provide a great therapy experienceDocumentation- being timely with documentation is essentialQualifications:Ideal candidates must be licensed mental health therapists, LPC, LCSW, or LCP.
