Responsibilities
• Aid with crisis intervention for patients in distress• Develop therapy plans with goals for individual patients• Collaborate to develop treatment plans and goals• Deliver interventions, monitor progress, and document• Utilize technology for communication and record-keeping• Meet with supervisor for performance growth skills• Schedule intake appointments and maintain follow-up scheduling• Passionate and driven to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements
• Licensure in state as a licensed mental health counselor• High school diploma or GED equivalent• Bachelor's degree in counseling or social work preferred• 1-3 years of mental health experience in clinical setting• Additional certifications required: CPR, BLS• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Current Michigan license: LLC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, or LLP• Customized cover letter and resume with license number• Available for initial phone screen and virtual interview• Self-driven and collaborative• Foundational knowledge of clinical skills and treatment planning
