Qualifications:
* 3+ years of relevant experience
* Licensed Journeyman Plumber
* Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and leadership ability
* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to oversee and allocate resources
* Estimating skills
* Valid Drivers' License
* Ability to obtain state's Journeyman Plumber License
