Compensation:
Competitive first-year income averaging $60,000 - $80,000 (Base salary + Commissions + Bonus)
No cold calling - we provide warm leads for you to follow up on!

Responsibilities:
Meet new business production goals
Prospect new and existing accounts
Utilize warm leads, referrals, and personal networks to generate new business
Develop and maintain networking relationships with industry professionals
Educate consumers on insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
Prior insurance sales experience required
Active Property & Casualty Sales license
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Positive mindset, self-driven, coachable, and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and maintain motivation
