Compensation:
Average first-year income: $60,000 - $80,000 (Base salary + Commissions + Bonuses)
No cold calling - we provide warm leads for you to follow up on!

Responsibilities:
Achieve new business production goals
Prospect new and existing accounts
Engage with warm leads via phone and email, reach out to referrals, and reconnect with former customers to generate new business
Build and maintain networking relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Car Dealership Sales Agents
Educate consumers on the specific types and amounts of insurance they need to financially protect themselves and their families. We provide the training to help you effectively educate and sell the appropriate insurance coverage to both prospects and existing customers.
Requirements:
Prior experience in insurance sales
Active Property & Casualty Sales license
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Positive mindset, self-driven, coachable, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude
Thrives in a competitive environment and remains resilient in the face of challenges
Desire to make a significant impact and help grow the business
Ability and commitment to provide exceptional customer service to both prospects and existing customers
