Licensed Insurance Producer

Troncoso Insurance Services LLC is a local family-owned office that offers AAA Insurance products and memberships as well as brokered products through a number of other well-known companies.
We are seeking prospective agency producers who can generate new sales, retain existing members and grow the agency's overall book of business through our multiple product offerings.

You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products, contact warm leads provided by the company, contact leads that the outside sales reps filter to you, follow-up on existing customer needs, build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, respond to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership and financial products.
We're Looking For Candidates Who: Hold an active State Property and Casualty General Lines or Personal Lines Insurance License (required)Candidates will be expected to source outside referral sources and leads to build a book of business as well as handling some inbound leads and phone calls. Have 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment Proficiency in Microsoft applications to include, Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to navigate computer systems Benefits PTO, holidays Base salary plus commission and bonuses Hybrid/remote for license d producer Job Types: Full-time, Per man ent Salary: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year License/Certification: Property & Casualty License (Required) Work Location: In person/from home, hybrid position available.
