Licensed Healthcare Architect

The Licensed Healthcare Architect is responsible for creating innovative designs that capture the visions of healthcare clients. The Architect will lead projects from conception through planning, design, construction and occupancy. The Architect must be equipped to provide guidance to clients while managing other design team members.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing innovative healthcare designs that meet the clients' needs and are compliant with applicable codes and regulations Leading projects from conception through planning, design, construction, and occupancy Providing guidance to clients and leading the design team Maintaining communication with clients, contractors and design team members throughout the project Performing quality assurance and quality control reviews of design work Qualifications:
Licensed Healthcare Architect (NAAB, NCARB) Expertise in Healthcare Design Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Sketch Up a plus Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
