Licensed Architect Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
* 5-15 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
* Registered as a Licensed Architect preferred (or in the process of obtaining).
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Revit is required.
* Experience in Industrial Projects.
* Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.
* Knowledge of building technology fundamentals.
* Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for start-to-finish project management.
* Consult with clients on the creation and presentation of interior design concepts.
* Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
* Manage scheduling, estimates, budgets, and planning for projects, including drawings, models, and materials.
* Use software to design, sketch, and provide project drawings.
* Professional client development skills.
* Leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
