What do our Lending Servicers do? Respond to and work loan servicing requests and provide timely member resolution. These requests include moving consumer and real estate loans to a different account, loan reconstructions, skip a pays, and credit card balance transfer requests. Handle all aspects of lien perfection and release for auto and real estate secured loans and monitor the collateral tracking system to ensure the timely receipt of recorded loan collateral. Process and close all Total Loss claims to include GAP refunds for both direct and indirect autos. Process indirect loans.
