Legal Secretary Litigation

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal secretary to join our established law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio . This full-time role offers the opportunity to support our team of attorneys across both litigation and collections matters. You will play a vital role in case preparation, client communication, and ensuring efficient case management.
Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation, from initial pleadings to enforcement of judgments and trial preparation. Conduct data entry and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and organize client files and documents across various case management systems and databases. Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with debtors regarding outstanding accounts and clients regarding case status. Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings. Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Associate degree preferred. 2-10 years of experience as a legal secretary or similar role Full-Time On-Site role located in Montgomery, Ohio Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interact with clients and team members with professionalism and courtesy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures in the areas of law in which the Firm practices Benefits: Competitive salary $50,000- $75,000 plus bonus.
