We are looking to hire a Legal Office Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and bookkeeping activities of a boutique law firm. Full-time or part-time available. Limited remote work.
Responsibilities:
Manage limited number of personal injury cases.
Plan and maintain work facilities
Provide administrative assistance to management
Quickbooks bookkeeping
Qualifications:
Experience in Personal Injury case management
Previous experience in administrative and bookkeeping service
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership and social qualities
