Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day operations of the office• Initiating employee intake, status change, and departure processes• Monitoring employee attendance and managing timecards• Supervising accounting processes and managing office workload• Coordinating office services and maintenance with building management• Developing and managing office budgets• Performing other administrative duties as assigned• Supporting Shareholders in implementing operating procedures
Requirements
• Prior bookkeeping experience with Tabs or similar accounting software• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel• Associate's degree in accounting, business, or relevant field
