Legal Intern:Thelegal internwillwork in afull/part-timecapacity and provide supportto the legal teamon a daily basis.Theinternwillbe required toreviewvarious legal matters, including memorandum, contracts and other documents. The intern will also be tasked withassisting with administrativeprocesses and procedures, including contract management systemsand other operational tasks.Desired Skills and Experience:Strong oral and written communication skills.Superior grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.Workingknowledge ofMicrosoft 360 suite, primarilyMicrosoft Word,Excel, andSharePoint.Ability to work with legal documentsKnowledge of thedigital marketing and IT lawpreferredEOE
