Legal Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to join our Legal Department to perform a variety of administrative duties and tasks. These include providing support to our General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our Company's legal department general activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills, and ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are paramount. The candidate must be able to organize their work using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, internet-based software and databases.
Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule work loads
Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos
Assist in the preparation of reports
Maintain legal management software system
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with and manage initial requests and queries from senior management
